• Identify site preparation requirements.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of call flow in the CallPilot system.

Installation:

• Given a scenario, set up and install a CallPilot system.
• Install the hardware and peripheral equipment required for the CallPilot server platforms.
• Install the hardware and peripheral equipment required for the CallPilot server platforms and PBX switches.
• Connect the CallPilot server to the switch.
• Given a scenario, demonstrate upgrading from a previous release of CallPilot software.
• Given a scenario, set up the CallPilot server.
• Install the CallPilot Manager software on the stand-alone Web server PC.
• Install the CallPilot Reporter software on the stand-alone Web server PC.
• Install the Application Builder software on an administrator PC.
• Describe the CallPilot administration utilities, CallPilot Manager, CallPilot Reporter and Application Builder.
• Install the desktop messaging client software.
• Install My CallPilot software.

Configuration:

• Given a scenario, configure a CallPilot system.
• Complete a basic configuration of the IP PBX switch for a CallPilot system.
• Given a scenario, configure the CallPilot server to support desktop messaging and My CallPilot.
• Configure Desktop Messaging for Exchange/Outlook.
• Configure My CallPilot.

Implementation Testing and Validation:

• Verify Communication Server 1000 system resources acquired by the CallPilot server.
• Verify correct Windows operating system configuration on the CallPilot server.
• Test the CallPilot installation.
• Perform diagnostic tests on the CallPilot system.

Implementation Troubleshooting:

• Interpret and address issues discovered in the event log.
• Given a scenario or the output from diagnostic test, analyze and address any issues
